Welcome to AMVERTON COVE GOLF & ISLAND RESORT SDN BHD<\/b> (\u201cAMVERTON\u201d) QiSoft@Club Mobile Device Application (\u201cQiSoft@Club\u201d).The Terms and Conditions stated below applies to all Golfers of QiSoft@Club. You are bound by these terms and conditions if you’re on QiSoft@Club.<\/p>

  1. Amverton will post updates about the Club activities through our website www.amvertoncove.com and on QiSoft@Club.<\/li><\/ol>

    Contents<\/b> <\/b>&Notices<\/b> <\/b>on<\/b> <\/b>QiSoft@Club<\/b><\/p>

    1. Unless otherwise stated, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear in Amverton Cove website and QiSoft@Club, belongs to AMVERTON unless otherwise stated. Golfers might share it to others for the\u00a0<\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>purpose of promotion only.<\/li><\/ol>

      Purchase,<\/b> <\/b>Payments<\/b> <\/b>and<\/b> <\/b>Credit<\/b> <\/b>Limit<\/b><\/p>

      1. All booking of golf slot are subjected to availability. AMVERTON retains the discretion to decline the golfers\u2019 booking in the event of such slot is unavailable or for any other reasons.<\/li>
      2. All booking must be paid in full.<\/li><\/ol>
        1. AMVERTON reserves its right to change the golfing rates from time to time without prior notice.<\/li><\/ol>

          \u00a0<\/span><\/b>Online<\/b> <\/b>Payment<\/b> <\/b>Transaction<\/b><\/p>

          1. Registered members, spouse and their children below 20 of age are required to download the QiSoft@Club and fill in all particulars such as full name. NRIC number to be the same as those in the club\u2019s record. If unsure, members are requested to check with AMVERTON golf counter to update their particulars.<\/li>
          2. When making payment using online transfer, members will receive official receipt immediately through QiSoft@Club when the transaction is successful. Alternatively, members can request for physical receipt from AMVERTON golf counter.<\/li><\/ol>

            General<\/b><\/p>

            1. AMVERTON shall not be held liable for any loss and damage suffered by any members due to the unauthorized use and any illegal access to QiSoft@Club either by members\u2019 guest or any other persons.<\/li>
            2. Members shall report to AMVERTON immediately upon discovery of any suspicious, unauthorized and\/or illegal use of their QiSoft@Club account.<\/li>
            3. Confidentiality of the respective members\u2019 username and password of their QiSoft@Club is strictly the sole responsibility of the respective members.<\/li>
            4. Members hereby agree to provide AMVERTON with accurate and updated information as required by QiSoft@Club registration process and will likewise keep their information updated with AMVERTON.<\/li>
            5. As with member\u2019s account and registration with AMVERTON, AMVERTON retains the right to disable any member\u2019s QiSoft@Club account , provided always AMVERTON will inform the member concerned reason(s) of doing so within 14 days from their account or registration being disabled by AMVERTON.<\/li>
            6. AMVERTON retains the absolute discretion to amend by way of amendments, deletion or addition to\u00a0<\/span> the terms and conditions of the usage of QiSoft@Club.<\/li>
            7. AMVERTON shall take action against any offender(s) for any misuse or violation of the terms and conditions of QiSoft@Club.<\/li><\/ol>

              Disclaimer<\/b><\/p>

              1. The QiSoft@Club Mobile App is provided free of charge to members, their spouse and children below 20 years old. AMVERTON makes no guarantee that the system will be uninterrupted, accurate and\/or error-free at all times. In additions, AMVERTON reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently all or any part of the QiSoft@Club without prior notice.<\/li><\/ol>
